What a heartbreaking video. If this was a child, the parent would be prosecuted and the child would be taken away. It should be the same for any other animal. I bet there are hundreds of people that would offer this dog a better home and constant love. I hope the owner of this dog has a terrible and awful holiday season. -SPO

She will be forced to start breeding on her first cycle and every subsequent cycle after that, until her body is worn down and unable to produce large enough and profitable litters.
